Vino & Vinyasa on Thursday @ 7 PM EST ✨Cost? $15 ✨What to expect? This class will be a full-body vinyasa flow class. Get ready to sweat! We will flow through sun salutations, twists, bends, balances, and end with some deep stretches. ✨Props are not required. However, feel free to use your own. ✨All levels class. No yoga experience needed! We hope to see you on the mat! 🙏💗
